Project Overview
I researched mental illnesses and chose to make a video on depression. I explored help pages connecting people with experts and created a storyboard to plan the shoot. After securing a location and actors, I filmed the video. I then used some footage for a related poster, both of which included a link to a therapy website for those seeking help.

To start this project I first did a lot of research. I wanted to fully educate myself in the topic of depression as many people suffer from this mental illness and I wanted to make sure I was correctly bringing help to those in need.

I started by looking around for help lines that will be able to help those affected by depression or any other mental illness. This was the most important stage of the process as it was what would bring the whole video together.

After I finished with the research I went into filming. I wrote a script that was used to capture the video. Using the video, I created a poster that goes together with the video.
